Displays will include: 72 hr kits\, drying and storing food\, water storage\, and sprouting. \n\nThe Keynote Speaker will be Angela Jenkins\, R.D.\, L.D. a Pediatric Nutrition Specialist of 15 years\, and a member of both the City of Springfield Strategic Plan Public Health Committee\, and the Well Fed Neighbor Alliance Board. Angela is working with Moms For Local Food to help people understand the impact of local food on our health and local economy. Some\, come and get some information on how you and your family can be prepared in these uncertain times.\n\nLocation: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints off of Hwy 5 at the top of the hill near the Ava Chamber of Commerce.
